Kianga's Weekend In Munich

Just a quick update on Miss Kianga and her stay in Munich over the weekend. Unfortunately, I cannot report good news - she was diagnosed Friday with late stage lymphoma. However, she responded remarkably well to fluids and her first chemotherapy treatment. So well, in fact, that she was again eating with gusto and her sweet nature had returned to charm the vet students and doc there. She even had a walk today in the English garden at the edge of the University. I'm sad to say this is only a temporary respite, but we will continue the treatments as long as they help and enjoy time together during any remission we can acheive. Thanks for thinking of us!
